Just after 0500 on Sunday, September 27th, Truck 12 ran as the first due truck to the 2000 block of Wardman Rd. in Co. 1’s area for multiple calls of a house on fire. Engine 1 arrived on scene with fire showing from the charlie side and started the working fire dispatch. Truck 12 arrived shortly after. The interior crew assisted Engine 1 with opening up on the first floor while the exterior crew laddered the building and secured utilities. C12A was assigned safety. Truck 12 operated for approximately 2 hours before returning to service.
