On Sunday February 1st at 0256 hours, Engine 123 was dispatched to an outside smoke investigation in the 8200 block of Baltimore Ave. Engine 123 arrived on scene to find heavy smoke showing from a 4-story parking garage attached to a 16-story high rise and filled the box. The crew from Engine 123 located 2 cars on fire on the third floor and coordinated with Truck 1 to establish a flying standpipe which supplied the attack line used to extinguish the fire. Chief 12A operated on scene as support to incident command.
